Metalstore is an e-commerce company that is part of A-Team Computers. Metalstore is designed to meet the need for a large and easily accessible database of affordable music and movies in digital format. In addition to our lowcost collections of new CD's and DVD's, we created also a section for Used CD's and DVD's.

How do I order?  
By clicking on the wanted item, you can put the item in your shoppingcart. This means only that you take your chosen article with you on your tour through the store. If you're ready shopping, click on the "shoppinc cart" link on the top op the page. You can still adjust your items here by changing the amount or delete the items you don't wish to order. If you're satisfied with what you want, click the "order"-button. In the next step you have to choose the specific way of shipping (inside or outside the Netherlands or Europe). Click again on the "order"-button. If you're a new customer, now you have to fill in your personal details. Take care that every information is filled in correctly. Any mistakes in your name or address might result in never receiving the item. Metalstore can take no responsibilite for lost items due to wrong details. If you have ordered before, you can simply enter your customercode (you can find the code in a previous confirmation e-mail).

Important to know: If you regret your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to, within 24 hours of ordering, to cancel your order, free of charge.

How long does it take before I receive my order?
We strive to send your shipment as soon as possible. The stockitems are usually shipped within one business day after your order.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail when the shipment is send. It depends on your location how long it takes to receive the order.
Inside Europe: 3-5 businessdays (except Russian Federation, that takes longer).
Outside Europe: 5-12 businessdays
Netherlands: 1-2 businessdays

Does Metalstore ship abroad?
Yes, we do ship abroad. CD's can be send worldwide. At the moment, we only send DVD's inside Europe, due to the Region 2 options on DVD's. Only at your personal request, we will ship DVD's worldwide (at extra shippingcosts, unfortunately).

How can I pay from abroad?
For payments from abroad we advise Paypal or, if you're in an Euro-currency country, International banktransfer with IBAN/BIC. Those international banktransfers should cost any more than local banktransfers. You need our IBAN and BIC codes for that: IBAN: NL85PSTB0005873595 BIC: PSTBNL2.
You can pay with any regular creditcard through Paypal.

What and how can I return items to Metalstore?
As mentioned in "How do I order?" it is possible that you regret your purchase. To prevent this (we're not satisfied with a customer with regrets), we offer a few options:

  • You are allowed to cancel your order without any costs through e-mail within 24 hours of your purchase. We offer a payback straight away or give you a voucher for your next purchase, if you prefer that.
  • If you've received the item, you are allowed to return it to Metalstore within 10 days after you've received the item. The item should be in it's original state, which means sealed CD's and DVD's haven't been opened.
    Please contact us before you return an item!
    Don't forget to use enough stamps for postage.
    Unsufficiently stamped letters will not be accepted!
  • If you encounter technical defects, you can return you're item within 10 days after you've received the item. We will replace the item if possible. If it's not possible to send a new item, we will refund you straight away. Please contact us before you return an item!

How about privacy?
Metal Store believes that privacy is of utmost importance, both in the normal society and on the internet. When you place an order with us, you give us some personal details. Outside of our administration, no one will be aware of your data. You can trust that your data is safe with us and will be treated discreetly.
We do not give your information to third parties.
We do not send unsolicited e-mail.

What if an item is no longer available?
We draw from a limited range of CDs and DVDs. It could be that a particular item in our catalog appears to be no longer available. Unfortunately we can not do anything about that and there can be no rights to be derived. If you've already paid for the item(s), we'll return your payment straight away or will give you a voucher for your next purchase if you want.
We will contact you as soon as possible when an article is no longer available.

When you have a complaint or if you're unsatisfied with our services, please let us know. U offer us an opportunity to solve your dissatisfaction. And for that opportunity, we're grafeful to you.
